How do you ensure my dog’s safety?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority at Mountain Top Mutt Cleanup. To ensure this, we clean all of our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs between yards. We also take gate pictures at the end of each service, so that no adventurous pups leave the safety of your yard.
What is the cost for dog waste removal services?
Mountain Top Mutt Cleanup offers services that start as low as $17 per week. However pricing is based on the size of yard, type of service, frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $18-$28 a week. We also offer the lowest one-time initial cleanup fee in the Denver area at only $1, if the yard has less than a month of accumulated waste.
Do I have to sign a contract for pet waste removal?
Absolutely not! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your client portal or emailing us directly at mountaintopmutt@mail.com
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
We will bag your pets waste tightly, and place it in each customers trash can. If you do not have accessible trash, we have solutions that can be addressed through the client portal or via email to provide a complete hassle free experience.
Does Mountain Top Mutt clean up the entire yard?
We will service any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide year-round services?
Definitely! Mountain Top Mutt provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. During snow seasons, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love hanging out with furry friends! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring our personal safety is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we do not provide arrival windows for our services. While we try our best to accommodate your schedule, our routes may change and are optimized to keep prices low.
Do I need to be home when Mountain Top Mutt comes to clean my yard?
No, as long as we have safe access to the areas you need serviced and to your trash cans, you do not need to be home and you will still receive a gate photo to ensure you and your pets safety.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
While we cannot guarantee a specific day for our services, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule if possible. Our routes may change and are optimized to keep prices low and services efficient.
